About MyAlly
MyAlly turns a photo or a voice note into a properly prepared complaint, grievance, or RTI application — drafted by AI, filed by you, on official government channels. Snap it. Say it. Sorted.
Why MyAlly exists
A streetlight stays dark for months. A pothole survives two monsoons. You want to complain — but to whom? The municipal corporation? The state department? A central ministry? India has official channels for almost everything: CPGRAMS for grievances, RTI Online for information, municipal portals for civic issues. Reaching them is the hard part — finding the right one, filling the right form, writing it in the right words — and then hearing nothing.
That gap is where most complaints die. Not because the system refuses them, but because the path to them is exhausting. MyAlly exists to close that gap. You show us the problem — a photo, a voice note, a few lines in your language. We identify the responsible authority, prepare the application, and help you file it on the official channel. Then we stay on it with you until there is an answer.
What we believe
Filing a complaint should not require knowing how government is organised. That knowledge belongs in the software, not on your shoulders.
- Citizens deserve follow-through. A submission receipt is a beginning, not an outcome. Deadlines, reminders, appeals — the follow-up matters as much as the filing.
- Technology should do the paperwork; people keep the power. AI drafts, you decide. Nothing is filed without your review and your explicit confirmation.
- Official channels, made usable. Every filing goes through government portals — CPGRAMS, RTI Online, municipal and sector portals — in your own name. We route through the system, never around it.
- Privacy is the default. No Aadhaar, no KYC, no documents at signup — just a phone OTP or Google sign-in. Details a form legally needs, like your name and address on an RTI, are asked when you file, go on that application, and never become a marketing profile.
What MyAlly is — and what it is not
MyAlly is a technology facilitator and your disclosed agent. Snap a photo of a pothole, a garbage pile, a broken streetlight, a water leak — or describe any government-related problem by voice or text in your language. The AI identifies the issue and the responsible authority — municipal, state, or central — and prepares the complaint, grievance, or RTI application. You review the draft, confirm with a tap, and complete the official portal's own OTP or captcha in an assisted flow. The filing is yours, in your name, on the official record.
After that, MyAlly keeps a case ledger: status, deadlines such as the CPGRAMS 21-day norm and the RTI 30-day reply clock, reminders when a response is due, and help with appeals and escalation when it is not.
What MyAlly is not: it is not a government body and is not affiliated with any government portal. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It does not guarantee outcomes — a well-prepared, well-tracked application improves your chances, but the decision stays with the authority. And it never files anything without your confirmation.
Who builds MyAlly
MyAlly is a product of Cosmoneural (cosmoneural.com), an Indian software company. It is built in India for how India's public systems actually work. All data is stored and processed in India, in Google Cloud's Mumbai region. Grievance content is never sent to advertising or analytics services, and MyAlly never stores your government-portal passwords.
Early access, honestly
MyAlly is in early access in 2026. That means it is genuinely useful and genuinely unfinished — some issue types route better than others, some portals are smoother than others, and we ship fixes constantly. It is free during early access. Paid expert-assistance tiers may come later; when they do, we will say so plainly. We will not promise "free forever", because we would rather keep our word than borrow it.
If something worked, tell us. If something failed, definitely tell us. Write to support@cosmoneural.com — early users are shaping what MyAlly becomes.
